Moatheron Executes Comprehensive Training Program for Elm Company Employees

 

Moatheron, a specialist in training and institutional development, announced the success of its integrated training program for qualifying Elm Company personnel, a leader in information technology and software. The program aims to strengthen the technical and managerial capabilities of the company's workforce by integrating advanced technical skills with essential administrative competencies for professional technology project leadership.

The program included two main tracks: the Technical Track, covering software development, information security, and artificial intelligence; and the Management Track, focusing on technology project management, digital leadership, and remote team management.
