Moatheron Concludes Ministry of Health Leadership Qualification Program with 200 Leaders
Moatheron Training and Institutional Development Company successfully concluded its specialized healthcare leadership development program for the Ministry of Health, which ran for 6 months with participation from 200 leaders across various health institutions in the Sultanate.
Dr. Fatima Al Riyami, CEO of Moatheron, confirmed: "The program successfully achieved its objectives of developing leadership and management skills for medical personnel and enhancing the efficiency of health institution management, which positively reflects on the quality of healthcare services provided to citizens."
The program included 12 specialized workshops in healthcare leadership, hospital management, strategic planning, and crisis management, supervised by a select group of internationally certified experts and trainers.
For his part, Dr. Salem Al Harthi, Director General of Institutional Development at the Ministry of Health, praised the program's quality, stating: "This program represents a qualitative transformation in developing our healthcare leaders' capabilities. We witnessed tangible improvement in participants' performance and their ability to manage health institutions with high efficiency."
Program evaluation results showed an 85% improvement in participants' leadership skills and 90% in their crisis management and strategic planning capabilities.
It is worth noting that the program is part of health sector development initiatives in the Sultanate of Oman and aims to enhance healthcare service efficiency and achieve international quality standards.
