Entrepreneurial Bootcamp Launches in Partnership with Omantel to Develop 500 Employees

Moatheron Training and Institutional Development Company launched the "Entrepreneurial Bootcamp" in strategic partnership with Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel), in an initiative aimed at qualifying and developing 500 employees across various management and technical levels. Engineer Mohammed Al Balushi, CEO of Moatheron, stated: "The Entrepreneurial Bootcamp represents a transformative leap in institutional development programs, combining theoretical training with practical application, while focusing on developing leadership and technical skills required by today's job market."

The bootcamp runs for 4 months and includes 6 main training tracks: Management Leadership, Project Management, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Technology Management, and Institutional Innovation.

Dr. Khalid Al Zadjali, Training Director at Omantel, added: "Through this partnership, we seek to empower our employees to keep pace with the rapid developments in the telecommunications sector. The bootcamp is distinguished by its practical methodology and focus on future skills."

Initial statistics indicate a satisfaction rate of 92% among participants in the first phase of the bootcamp, with a notable improvement in institutional performance of 75%.

Engineer Saeed Al Amri, Project Manager, explained: "We apply the latest global training methodologies in the bootcamp, utilizing simulation technologies and interactive training, with emphasis on practical projects that address real challenges in the work environment."

The first cohort of trainees is scheduled to graduate at the end of next month, where participants will receive accredited certificates in their specializations.
